Ranked guides
Ranked guides
Each guide ranks outcodes, towns or postcodes against a single well-defined criterion — sold price, broadband speed, council tax, Ofsted rating, flood risk, and so on. Every ranking is computed from official UK government data and shows the method up front so the comparison is verifiable.
Coverage is currently Surrey-focused as a deep-trial county. Equivalent rankings for other counties will be added as new data lands.
Property market
Where prices sit, where they're moving, and where the entry-level stock is.
Living costs & infrastructure
Council tax, broadband and energy efficiency — the running costs after the mortgage.
Safety & schools
Population-weighted crime data and the schools picture from Ofsted and GIAS.
Lifestyle & persona
Town shortlists for specific buyer profiles — commuters, downsizers, retirees, families.
